Monticule currently encompasses 650 acres of rolling and expansive land in Lexington, Kentucky. The farm lies along Harp Innis Pike in Fayette County between Paris Pike and Greenwich Pike.
Our Yearling and Broodmare barns were designed in the style of similar structures from the 1920s and 1930s. However, for the health and safety of the tenants, the barns were built using modern specifications to optimize ventilation and drainage as well as the availability of natural light and open space. Each barn has a vetting area and the stalls are sized to accommodate the arrival of new foals.
