Cyndi Hanes

Office Manager

Cyndi began working with Monticule in late January of 2006.

She started her career in the industry on a small broodmare farm to gain experience then worked for Santa Escolastica and Gracefield. She then continued her career with Hopewell and Hill N Dale.

When asked about the Thoroughbred industry, Cyndi said, “I love the equine industry because it is dynamic, it’s always changing. It has terrific highs and terrible lows and all of the emotions in between. The horses are beautiful, powerful animals that I love to see when I come to work every day.”

Cindy comments, “Monticule is special. It is owned by a man who loves both the animals and the land. Dr. Knapp has done a tremendous job developing the farm. He has wonderful horses and a strong vision for the future.”
